Code of Ethics
This is my promise to you, the customer:
- I will do my best to ensure that you experience no unpleasant surprises in your purchase. This includes:
- informing you of any fees that may or may not apply to you (eg. customs, taxes, post office handling fees)
- not selling low-quality products (eg. the Trucker Hat, which was removed due to quality issues)
- I will not mislead or misinform you in any explicit or implicit ways
- I will not omit any information that you would want to know
How all businesses should run.
